Terms & conditions of Explore ODISHA Tour (EOT)

• Toll Tax, Interstate Tax & Parking charges on actual basis, *GST (5%) Extra Applicable on Total Billing.
• Kms & Hours will be calculated from the Garage to Garage.
• Night Halt Charges from 10 PM -6 PM (Light Vehicle Rs. 250/-, Traveller Rs. 300/-, Coach Rs. 1000/-)
• Driver's Allowance Applicable for Outstation Trip (Light Vehicle Rs. 250/-, Traveller Rs. 300/-, Coach Rs. 1000/-)
• A vehicle covering below 250 Kms in a day shall be billed as per local tariff.
• For Outstation Duty – Minimum 250 Km’s charged per day, Standing AC is Chargeable.
• If booking is canceled before 24 hrs of the scheduled time then 15% of the total billing will be charged.
• While driving on Ghat roads, Air-Conditioning shall remain switched off, * All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only.

Our liabilities & Limitations (EOT)

• All the calls made to our call center are recorded by us for quality and training purpose.
• All our customers are request to make complete full and final payment of hired taxi fare before or at the time closing of tour.
• Parking & Tall Gate Charges, Night Halt Charge, Permit Fee, Driver DA (where applicable), payable by clients, slips will be produced.
• In case of misshaping or break down, we shall require time for arrange other vehicle or repairing of the vehicle, however if client make their own arrangements we will charge till the particular point.
• Explore ODISHA Tour will not liable to pay any compensation due to technical failure in vehicle or because of any accident resulting to loss of productivity or loss of working man hour.
• In case of any complaint we must be informed at the time only to enable us to resolve immediately complaints after talking the services will not be entertained at all.
• Explore ODISHA Tour will not be responsible for any kind of delay and alternations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, breakdown of transport vehicles, accidents, bad weather condition, sickness of drivers, landslides in hilly area, political closures or any kind of unavoidable circumstances.
• Explore ODISHA Tours has the right to use the customer contact details for its own marketing purpose.
• Explore ODISHA Tours will not be responsible directly or indirectly for any kind of loss, injury of damage to person, property due to any type of natural calamities, fire, accident, breakdown, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, or anything beyond control.
• We have third party insurance policy covering the Accidents to passengers traveling in our vehicles. The claim has to be settled with the insurance company and our venders directly as per rules and regulations.
• Explore ODISHA Tours has right to change the Tariff & other terms & conditions without clients notice after amendment it will appear in our websites.
