TOUR ITINERARY

Location Covers : 2 Nights Shimla - 3 Nights Manali - 1 Night Dharamsala - 2 Nights Dalhousie - 1 Night Chandigarh

Delhi - Shimla (370 kms / 7hrs)

On arrival, transfer by road to Shimla. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Shimla

Today morning, after breakfast, you will visit Kufri which is situated at an altitude of 2500 meters and is just 2 hours drive away from Shimla. Later in the afternoon, visit Zoological Park and then to Mall Road. In the evening, after a sumptous dinner, settle down for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Shimla - Manali (257 kms/7 hrs)

After breakfast, depart to Manali- a picture perfect hill station at an altitude of 1929 meters. Drive past Kullu Valley and Pandoh Dam. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, take a half-day local sightseeing of Manali, visiting the 450 years old Hadimba temple, Vashisht Temple, Club House. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Manali - Solang Valley - Manalli

Today morning, take a half-day excursion to Solang valley, Rohtang Pass/Rohtang snow point (closed on Tuesday and on direct payment basis). On return, visit Solang Valley. Today, you can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing or Skiing (subject to snow) on direct-payment basis. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Manali to Dharamshala (235 kms / 8 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Dharamshala. Arrive Dharamshala and check in at hotel. After you will visit Baijnath - the oldest existing Shiva temple in the country, War Memorial, Kanga Art Museum, Dally Lake, McLeodganj, St. Johns Church etc. Overnight at the Hotel.
Dharamshala - Dalhousie (143 kms / 4 hrs)

Post breakfast, drive to Dalhousie. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon, set out on a sightseeing tour visiting Panchpula, St Johns Church and St. Francis Church. Return and have a good sleep at the hotel.
Excursion to Khajjiar (23 km / 1 hr)

Post breakfast, take an excursion to Khajjiar- a scenic spot against the backdrop of dense pine trees, deodars and lush green meadows. Khajjiar is exquisitely nestled amidst the foothills of the imposing Dhauladhar ranges of the western Himalayas, offering a panoramic and breathtaking view to the visitors.
Dalhousie to Chandigarh (300 kms/8 hrs)

After breakfast, drive back to Chandigarh. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure.
Chandigarh - Delhi (250 kms / 5 Hrs)

After breakfast transfer to New Delhi Airport/railway station.

Cancellation Policy :

Please note Cancellation / Amendment request needs to reach us in writing. Any amendment received after booking will be treated as cancellation. The Cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Charges per person
Up to 30 days prior to date of departure -Initial deposit amount 25% of the tour cost (Non Refundable) per person
Between 22 days to 29 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost ( We need 50% payment as well)
Between 16 days to 21 days prior to departure - 75% of tour cost
Less than 15 days prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
This policy may vary during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends will go up to 100% cancellation - After confirmation.
Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.

Terms and Conditions :

Rates are not valid for long weekend and festive season.
Package valid only for Indian nationals.
Any Kind of jungle safaris are not included.
Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Annapurna Holidays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
