Cancellation Policy :
  • 45 To 30 Days prior to departure - 30%
  • 30 Days To 15 Days - 70% of the Total cost
  • 15 Days or Less - 100 % of the Total Cost
  • Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour
  • Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season
  • Bank transaction charges on credit card/net banking will not be refunded
  • This policy may vary during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends.
  • No refund will be provided for unutilized services provided in the package.
Terms and Conditions :
  • The Above Rates are Based on Minimum 02 Pax Travelling Toegter
  • The SIC (Seat In Coach Service) Service Doesnt Operate from DMK Airport
  • Incase the Pickup / Drop is at DMK Airport Additional charges will apply and will be based on Private Basis
  • Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
  • Standard check in time is at 14:00 hours & check out time is 12:00 hours
  • Cancellation policy to be advised once the reservation is confirmed
  • All complaints or claims should be made in writing within 10 days of passengers departure from Thailand
  • No refund shall be made for unutilized services
  • Quotes DO NOT include any airfare for any Sector.
  • The above rates are based on the current exchange rate. In the event of any change in the ROE, price isalso subject to change
  • Please note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However, in the event of any of the above-mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
  • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
  • Departure pick up is 4hrs prior ETD time.
